We started Ma Vie because we were tired of the same story: jewelry that looks good on day one and turns your skin green by week three. Pieces you have to take off before the shower, the gym, the pool. Jewelry you own but can't actually live in.
So we went looking for the opposite. Pieces you could wear through your real day and still have shine like the moment you got them. That search led us to an established manufacturer in Brazil that has spent decades making real 18k gold-filled jewelry, with the kind of quality control most fast-fashion brands skip.
We'll be upfront about how this works. Ma Vie doesn't run a factory. We partner with that Brazilian manufacturer to bring their pieces to US customers, and orders ship directly to you from our fulfillment center in California. That partnership is what lets us keep the quality high and the price where you can actually own the piece, not just admire it.
The standard on every piece:
- 18k gold-filled, not plated. A thick layer of real gold pressure-bonded to the base, so it holds its color for years.
- Hypoallergenic, made for sensitive skin worn day after day.
