We ship Ma Vie Jewelry to addresses across the United States. Here is what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where we ship

Currently, Ma Vie Jewelry ships only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us at jewelrymavie@gmail.com.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at jewelrymavie@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error within 1 hour of placing the order, email us immediately and we will try to correct it before shipping.
