Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Ma Vie Jewelry. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Items we cannot accept for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings of any kind
- Custom or personalized pieces (including initial and letter pieces)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear
Store credit and exchanges
Eligible returns are refunded as store credit or exchanged for another piece. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in our shop. Prefer a different piece? The fastest way is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.
How to start a return
Email us at jewelrymavie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
Return shipping
Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at jewelrymavie@gmail.com with photos. We'll replace it or make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds to original payment
In cases where store credit or exchange isn't suitable, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional days to post it.
